Hogla storage basket
The baskets are woven from the dried leaves and stems of the Hogla plant - also known as seagrass. These durable natural fibres are traditionally used to weave sleeping and prayer mats and to reinforce the walls of huts, as well as being used to make a variety of baskets and containers.
The round base of these baskets allows them to be used as freestanding storage containers for laundry, toys or household items.
Available in four sizes, from extra small to extra large, which nest inside each other for ease of storage.
Handmade in Bangladesh using natural materials.
Please note that as all Maison Bengal products are handmade measurements may vary slightly.
